Please note that some items may take additional time for processing, especially if they are custom-made or on backorder. We will notify you if there are any delays.

7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or military addresses (APO/FPO). Additionally, there may be certain product restrictions based on shipping destinations, so please verify your country’s shipping eligibility during checkout.

8. Damaged or Lost Items
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@primealipc.com immediately. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Primealipc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
